What is claims & compensations?

There are two (2) types of claims for compensation:
- Shortage of shipment upon receiving
- Number of pieces received does not tally with the quantity written on the consignment note / AWB
- There is proof of tempering the package and contents inside was found missing
- Damage of shipment upon receiving due to misshandling

|
How do I report for a shipment which has failed to arrive or delivered damaged?
|
|
|
- If your shipment failed to arrive / there is a shortage, it is important that you contact our Customer Service with an accurate description of the goods and the packaging
- Loss / Damage should be reported within 24 hours upon delivery
- Followed by submitting an official claim letter within seven (7) working days with relevent supporting documents

How do I submit my claims for any lost or damaged shipment?

|
|
Kindly forward an official claims by submitting the following documents for processing:-
- Official Letter
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Other relevant documents

Why was my compensation rejected / not approved?
|
|
|
- The consignment was duly signed for and acknowledged received by the consignee
- indicating that the consignment was received in full and in good condition at time of delivery
- Customer fails to report within 24-hours upon receipt of the goods
- loss or damage of goods only being reported one week or a month after delivery
- Damage due to inadequate / insufficient packing
- damage of goods in transit is frequently due to the result of improper packing of goods
